Full Service Planning

Our full service packages are designed to make sure you do not have to stress during your wedding planning journey. We will understand your vision, your priorities and your needs and develop a plan to make your dream wedding day a reality. Services include:

Partial Planning

Partial planning is our “in between” package. This package is for a couple who may not benefit from ALL the services of full planning, such as a couple who has hired most major vendors. This package will include:

  • Sourcing of remaining vendors

  • Planning timeline/check list

  • Check in meetings

  • Design assistance + design board

  • Layout and floorplan creation

  • Timeline creation

  • Rehearsal coordination

  • Set up of personal and rented decor

  • Coordination with all vendors

  • Coordination of wedding day with an assistant

Event Management

If you’re a couple that has gotten nearly to the end of planning- have most vendors booked and plans set- this may be the service for you! We will take the reigns and make sure all loose ends are tied up. This is great for couples who have booked all their vendors and just need their day executed.

This package includes:

  • Initial kick off meeting to really get a handle on your day

  • Final venue visit to nail down layout and flow

  • Communication with all vendors beginning at the 3 month mark

  • Creation of timeline and details

  • Collection of documents (ABC license, insurance etc.)

  • Directing of rehearsal

  • Coordination day of with a lead and an assistant

  • Set up of all personal items and decor

  • Oversight of all set up and vendors

  • Packing up of all personal items, gifts and decor
